Other modules / Manage alternative DNS-Server (forwarder) in zentyal or only at every win-pc

Hello,
I have set 9.9.9.9 under DNS -> Forwarders. In zentyal I entered a static IP for the AD-DC.
The Windows PC that is logged on to the domain could not connect to the Internet. Only when I entered 9.9.9.9 as an alternative DNS on the WinPC ethernet configuration next to the static address of the zentyal server was a connection possible to the Internet .
I had expected that the DNS forwarder in zentyal would take care of this centrally. In a NGINX/Samba installation this can be managed centrally in smb.conf. How is this done here?
