Directory and Authentication / vpn no access to shared folder

Hi all there.
I installed a new server with zentyal 6.1. Now i configured successfull a vpn connection from my windows 10. But i cannot connect any shared drive .
I try to use "net use \\162.168.160.1\allgemein #this is a share working on LAN local but not on vpn
See also attachment - oh god - this upload folder is full.
I also cannot see anything from the server while searching trough the network
