Installation and Upgrades / ldap and squid accessible on WAN interfaces

I noticed that suddenly these ports are open:
I checked the firewall rules, but haven't noticed anything.
When I change http_port to 127.0.0.1:3128 to bind it to the local address, I cannot use the transparent feature. So anyone got an advice for me ?
