Hi!
We have a server with zentyal installed. We want to run raid 1 on our disks.
The problem is that the motheboard only supports 2sata ports.
We were thinking a configuration with 2disk with the system and 2disk with the /home and both disk running raid1
I have looked around and dont find any good hardware raid card with good linux support.
Is it better to buy a new motherboard with more sata ports and run software raid? or should we find a good hardware raid card?
Any tip about a good hardware raid card?

We have some Receipt Printer to our cash computers.
We can print as administrators but not as normal user. We dont want to be administrators on those computers. So wonder if anyone have any idea?

Hmm i solved the problem.
It seems that the new Ubuntu version or Zentyal version store the webpages in /srv/www/ instead of /var/www/
So its working now.
But i have one thought that dont understand, it seems that the virtualhost are stored in /srv/www but apaches root directory is still /var/www
have i missed something or is everything ok?

Hi sorry could be more specific.
before in the version 1.4 i had different virtualhost with different homepages.
And everything worked perfectly i justed typed the url and the homepage was there.
now when i typ the url the homepage never shows.

Hi!
First of all we finally installed Zentyal on our webserver and i can just say wow perfect work zentyal team.
We are using virtualhost but when we put a host under virtualhost and typ in the url for example test.zentyal.se we are just redirect to the root directory for apache. And nothing is there.

Hi everyone!
First of all i will say thanks to the Ebox ( now Zentyal ) team. We have used the Ebox software for a year now and we are very pleased with the functions and the stability of the system.
Now we are upgrading our system for the new release Zentyal. And the first goal is to run one Fileserver and one LDAP server is it possible to connect the two computers together?
And second do i need two identicals disks to run Zentyal RAID?

Using the following samba version. When trying to open the RecycleBin folder it says that i have no acces to the folder.

I get this when i am trying to add more than one share from same server.
