Installation and Upgrades / Zentyal Server stopped working

Dear Support Team,

My Zentyal Server is not working, i have followed your previous link and change stderr to stdout  in Ldap.pm file, then after restart i am getting below error in zentyal.log file

Dear Zentyal

Facing issue/error while taking a configuration backup i-e

Some error has happened in Zentyal:
root command ldbsearch -H /var/lib/samba/private/sam.ldb -s base 'dn' --debug-stderr 2>/dev/null 1>/var/lib/zentyal/tmp/dnsZonesOVqaRU.ldif failed. Error output: Command output: . Exit value: 1

Please share some options

i have set it on samba i-e

#samba-tool domain passwordsettings set --account-lockout-threshold=3

now i hope that it will resolve that issue

Dear team

IN Remote Server Administration Machine , IN GPO Section there is a default Domain Policy and in that i have edited policy for password ,

i-e if user attempts 3 invalid password then lock the user , but can't be implemented although other policies working for example USB

Please suggest

MY Question is

how we monitor Domain users LOGON and LOGOUT Events in Zentyal Server , although in Windows Server we just go to Event Viewer and see all

Recently purchase Zentyal License Key but when i am going to validate License it gives error although my internet connection is working fine DNS is resolving

Error is : License key cannot be validated. Please try again or check your internet connection

don't know which setting will be incorrect

please suggest
