Title: how to switch DC from zentyal 4.0 to zentyal 6.2?

Because of some update-problems from my old zentyal 4.0 installation I have installed zentyal 6.2 as an additional domain controller in my small network. I moved service by service to the new installation except for the DC. What is the right way to do this now? I am a little scared that I will brake my installation and / or that my users will have trouble to use their files or I have to rejoin the computers to the domian.

Any hints?
