Hi,
I have a problem with my deployment with captive portal + wifi for my wireless clients.
My network looks like this:
Captive Portal (eth3), 192.168.100.1 ---> Wifi (internet Port), 192.168.100.2 | Wifi (LAN), 192.168.200.0/24
Users connected to the Wifi (LAN), 192.168.200.0/24 don't get the Captive Portal Login. Is this because it's in a different Subnet as the server?
Is this the expected outcome?

Installation and Upgrades / Cannot Create 2 Default Gateway in Zentyal 2.2

Hi,
I installed Zentyal 2.2 at UTM/Gateway. I have 2 WAN Connection with two Static IP Addresses and would like to configure Load-Balancing and Fail-over.
I added the two Gateways of my 2 ISPs without a problem (GW1 and GW2). I can ping the gateway and received a reply. However, whatever I do I cannot enable the two Gateway at the same time or mark them as default (at the same time).
I understand this is possible but whenever I tick DEFAULT checkbox on GW1, the other gateway GW2 will have a X mark.
Any comments on the issue?

Hi,
I was thinking if it's possible to create a subnet of ip (out of the default /24 subnet) and block it?
Here's an example.
If I would like to block 192.168.0.192 / 28 subnet? Shall I create a new DHCP Range from the 192.168.0.0/24 network?
I'm using Zentyal 2.2.

Hi,
First of all I would like to take this opportunity to Thank the Zentyal for a great software. Today I was able to install Zentyal as UTM/Firewall and without any problems. I was so impressed with Captive portal and Bandwidth Throttling features: just the best!!! Thanks
Anyway, here's my question.
Is there a way I could bypass a specific URL/Site when it's being filtered by the Proxy? Just like having an exemption/Passlist list? I need to unblock certain sites...
I'm running Zentyal 2.2 with Transparent Proxy and Captive Portal on.

I have a few questions regarding Captive Portal, I hope you can enlighten me. As follows:
1. Does enabling Captive Portal Service will force all users to authenticate to be able to access the internet?
2. Using Captive Portal, is it possible to Create an Object (Group of People) and limit their bandwidth usage thru Captive Portal?

Hi,
I'm stuck with the installation using the stable Zentyal 2.2 using RAID.
Here's my setup:
MD0 (500MB) ext2 /boot -- I tried RAID 1 and 5, both failed.
MD1 (8GB) swap -- partitioned each disk with 4gig swap - I tried RAID 1 and 5, both failed.
MD2 (4TB) ext4 root / -- partitioned each disk with 2TB / - RAID 5
Whatever I do, I cannot set the Bootable Flag 'on' in creating the swap partition.
Everything seem to work ok. But when you're ask to install the grub and click yes.. there is a problem. Grub cannot be installed and you'll be stuck.
I followed the document https://help.ubuntu.com/10.04/serverguide/C/advanced-installation.html but this didn't work for me.
Anyone have a clue?

Hi,
I encountered a problem after creating a user account on my Zentyal 2.0 Server 64bit. I'm using Zentyal package File Sharing 2.0.12.
The error below appeared after I logged in to change the password using https://zentyal:8888. Error shows:
Sorry, an unexpected error has ocurred
Undefined subroutine &EBox::FileSystem::partitionsFileSystems called
As of the moment I cannot create any user account. The error does not permit the account to login.
I attached the log file for your reference.

Hi,
I'm trying to open phpsysinfo on my Ebox-1.4.4 server but was unable to display any result.
I believe this is already install via egroupware package, maybe I just didn't know how to execute it.
Can someone show me how to do it? Or should I install it?
Also, I'm about to install a new server using Zentyal 2.x. Is it safe to install phpsysinfo as well?

Hi Everyone,
I need your help.
I got this error in the events logs and obviously caused by a backup failed as follows:
I already have a full backup and would like to make daily incremental backups but this did not happened as expected.
Any thoughts on how to fix it and what causes the error?

I restarted the server and noticed an error:
LibClamAV Error: Can't load /var/lib/clamav/daily.cld: Malformed database ERROR: Malformed database.
I removed the samba-vscan package and uninstall ebox-antivirus but the problem remained.
Any thoughts on how to fix this?
I'm using Ebox-1.4.

I can't start the Antivirus in the Dashboard and I see this errors in the logs:
