To change your DNS server to Google's DNS server, go to your Network Connections settings. Right-click the Start menu and select "Network Connections", or go to Settings and click" Network & Internet". ... Click "OK" to save changes and check if this helps to fix the problem with the "DNS server is not responding" error. It will never be able to login as this user or show any private data except for the pathes. I fixed it.

Problem: I allowed real mailboxes to be aliases in the sogo SQL view. SOGo does not like that. You'd need to delegate mailbox A to mailbox B inside SOGo.
