many Mail Providers do a RDNS check... maybe this is the problem...

I would suggest you do a quick check with mxtoolbox, as they give very detailed info ;-)

simple trick?

compress and transfer the following folder: /var/vmail/[domainname]

here are all mails and attachments stored. For calendar / AdressBook usr the sogo-tool for a quick backup ;-)

Hi,

by a quick view I see two problems:

- ntp is not running => could lead to some issues (especially when dealing with AD / Kerberos)
- Kerberos does not get a ticket (maybe related to the ntp issue)

I would suggest that you try to get ntp working and check afterwards if there is still an issue with Kerberos...

solved ;-) looks like the SOGo-DB-Updatescript did not run (correctly)...

/usr/share/doc/sogo/sql-update-3.2.10_to_4.0.0-mysql.sh did the trick ;-)

Clearing Cache and Cookies did not help.
Happens also when accessing from a "new / not yet used" device :-(

Hi,

I upgraded my servers this morning to Zentyal 5.1 and it looks good, only one little "problem":

When I am in SOGo, and go to the Adressbook, the entries do not show up (it looks like they are loading, and loading,...).
When I click on one of the entries, I can see it...

I tried to attached a JPG to show it, but the "upload folder" is full :-( (the green bars are moving constantly from left to right)...

Tested with the latest Version of Chrome and InternetExplorer 11.0.56

Any suggestions how to solve it?

I wanted to give the IPS module a test run, but it is not installable (dependency to Zentyal-core >=5.1).
The Update to Z5.1 is not availiable so this is (atm) useless :-(

Wahrscheinlich findest du dort den Schuldigen...

Ohne Infos von "wo nach wo" du aktualisiert hast, ist es allerdings schwer zu "Glaskugeln"...

[Lösung]: kommt darauf an, ob du Bacula oder "Linux Bordmittel" verwenden möchtest... ;-)
Wenn Bacula: sorry, da bin ich raus

Wenn Bordmittel: hier rate ich zu einer Kombination aus mysqldump und rsync, via cron in regelmäßigem Rhythmus gestartet...
mysqldump: Hab den Link grad nicht parat, frag mal Tante Google
rsync Backup (musst du nur eben anpassen): schau mal hier:https://www.heinlein-support.de/howto/backups-und-snapshots-von-linux-servern-mit-rsync-und-ssh

Die Bordmittel-Variante nutze ich selbst für die Datensicherung meiner "diversen" Linux-Server ;-)

BTW: some Android Clients work better than others... e.g. the default Mail Client on HTC devices is a bit crappy...
