Installation and Upgrades / ZENTYAL : Sogo Upgrade

Hi all zentyalists,
On Production, I am using :
Zentyal Dev Edition Core version 4.1.9.
UBUNTU 14.0.4 TLS
SOGO V2.3.0 ( installed via Zentyal and not via package )
MYSQL Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.5.43
Due to problems with "Reply All" on mobile devices, I am planning to upgrade to SOGO V3.
Have you guys done a similar upgrade ? If so, maybe you have a step by step to share with me.
While googling around, I have found that many are striving to do it correctly. ( sql script, proxy, etc...)
Your precious help will be much appreciated !

Email and Groupware / Reply all when using smartphone

Hello everybody,
I am using Zentyal Development edition and I am encountering the following problem :
When a user does a reply all to a mail destined to several email addresses using his smartphone, the mail is not delivered to the whole group of recepients.
Only one recipient receives the mail .
This behaviour is random . As if Zentyal chooses the recipient address...
Has anybody encountered the same issue ?
