Title: How to upgrade to SOGo 2.3.0?

Really need your help on this, I'm currently running SOGo version 2.2.15 on my Zentyal 4.0 production Server is it possible to upgrade it to version 2.3.0? Can you guys provide me detailed steps on how to work on it without issues. Thanks in advance.
