Installation and Upgrades / Post splash screen error: GLib-WARNING

GLib-WARNING **: getpwuid_r(): failed due to unknown user id
I realize this may be more of an Ubuntu issue, but I get this error at bootup (after the splash screen) and have not been able to boot into Zentyal after initial install. After it gives this error the screen shows a bunch of dark and light lines. I tried 3 different monitors in case that was the issue (2 VGA and 1 Flat screen). Any ideas on what I need to do?
