Other modules / Very low upload rate for server

Hello everyone ! I installed Zentyal on a Dell Powerdge 860 server which has one external (eth0) and one internal network (eth1) interfaces and I am using DHCP on (eth1) is the internet server, domain controller and file sharing, but I am having a very low upload rate for the server something between 6MB and 9MB, I use a Cisco Giga switch and Cat6 cable.

Olá a todos ! Fiz a instalação do Zentyal em um servidor Dell Powerdge 860 que possui 2 interfaces de rede uma externa e outra interna e estou utilizando como servidor DHCP e de internet, dominio e compartilhamento de arquivos porém estou tendo uma taxa de upload para o servidor muito baixa algo entre 6MB e 9MB , uso um switch Cisco Giga e cabo Cat6.
