I've changed some policies, how can I force them to propagate to all clients?

Hi desperados,

Can you kindly share where and how you change the policies? I only have Zentyal DC, I have no ActiveDirectory on the network but I wish to do and have the following for my network:

1. Folder Shares upon login
2. Desktop Wallpaper (is this possible?)
3. and other usual stuff upon login...
