French / Apache2 deja installé (lamp-server^) - zentyal webserver ?

Je crois que j'ai fait une bourde,
J'ai installé machinalement lamp-server^ avant d'installer le "webserver" de chez Zentyal...

Suis-je parti pour une réinstall complète, ou bien puis-je garder ma petite config aux petits oignons ?! avec "webserver" tout bien comme il faut...

French / Nom de machine ? le mieux pour coté WAN ?

Bonjour,

Je prévois une belle install toute fraiche de Zentyal 3 sur un Ubuntu serveur,
mais je me demande toujours quelle est la meilleure manière manière de nommer le serveur sur le réseau, non pas du coté LAN (aucun souci, j'ai capté), mais plutot pour le coté WAN.

Sachant qu'un serveur de messagerie va tourner, et je préfère éviter l'erreur de l'ancienne installation... qui offrait uniquement le nom de machine sans son domaine aux autres serveurs mails durant leurs dialogues...

J'ai un nom de domaine gratuit chez dyndns.org
lors de l'install vais-je donc configurer un SERVEUR01.mondomaine.dyndns.org pour que ce soit "propre" du coté des autres messageries sur le WAN ?
Avant j'avais seulement du mettre SERVEUR01, et paff...

Je demande donc confirmation histoire d'avoir correctement cette notion en tête !

French / DNS, notion de sous-domaine

Bonjour,

Je viens ici pour quelques infos à propos d'un sujet qui m'interpelle, et auquel je n'arrive pas vraiment à trouver de réponse...

Actuellement j'ai un nom de domaine gratuit chez dyndns.org, qui pointe sur mon serveur Zentyal.
Me sera-t-il possible de créer un sous-domaine du type XXX.domaine.dyndns.org ?
Est-ce géré dans Zentyal ?

Le but étant d'arriver dans une partie du site web genre /var/www/XXX
A moins que je ne me mélange les pinceaux dans ces notions de sous-domaine...

Hi!

I just need to know how to change the openvpn server config to use a 2048 or 4096 crypt.

In the file /usr/share/ebox/stubs/openvpn/openvpn.conf.mas, I saw :

Is there an easy way to give internet to VPN clients ?

The goal is to use Zentyal's internet for VPN clients, 'cause clients can be behind proxies or something else restricting their web surf.

I think of a routing rule...?

I'm trying to resolve an unknown problem that causing 100% cpu sometimes...

So i've gone to logs to look for this.

Is it possible to configure another folder for /var/lib/ebox/.cache/duplicity ?

Because not enough free space for making backup...
I've another HDD with a lot of free space, and it can be cool to use it instead

Quickly, I've seen it can be possible to import a file in proxy config, about domain list filter. on Zentyal.

What kind of content has to be inside this file ?
Only IP ? Only domains names ?
.txt, .dat, .xml ??
What does this file looks like ?

like 1.4, dashboard doesn't show any graphical network in french language, it's ok with english language.

Hello!

When I test my new eBox config with big traffic, after 5 to 20 minutes, all Traffic stops (eth0+eth1), eBox computer has to be rebooted, or sometimes a nice kernel panic in console (computer freezed and keyboard is like a beautiful christmas tree )
I try with Torrent files for my test (with a lot of peers, like ubuntu.iso) from another lan computer.

1st install with eBox 1.4 cd
2nd install from depository with an Ubuntu 8.04 desktop
> same crashes

All modules enabled (ebox-all)
Core version   1.4.3
IDS installed, but not activated on any interface.
Firewall has no modified rules (only 1 port forwarded for redirecting Torrent to my pc)

Configs :
FAI-box 192.168.1.1 -------------100M------------- eth0 (ebox)192.168.1.100 (WAN checked)
eth1 (ebox)10.0.0.100----------1000M------------ personal computer

Traffic Shaping > External Interface Rates > eth0    DL:16384 Kb/s    UP:16384 Kb/s  (I have never touch this part)

I really don't understand what's happening with my traffic network issue (already changed eth0 card hardware, not eth1 I'm too lazy and it's my only gigabyte card )

Here is a screenshot when the network is being killed, usually this avert comes 2-3 times before computer freeze. Sometimes I can see a Kernel Panic message.

Hi!
I've changed a network card for another one. eBox has named the new one eth3.
So, there's no eth0 (there's another one named eth1) and when I want to change and save anything inside network config, I've a red message saying "there's no eth0 card"

Ok, I've renamed the eth3 to eth0 from the network interfaces menu, and same problem with saving configs, a reboot doesn't solve the problem.

I think there's a way to configure the name of the new card as eth0 in depth of system, but where ??

I've a little problem... when I create users in LDAP, and I try an account in http://myeboxip/egroupware
I can't log in. a message : Your session could not be verified.

User config :
eGroupWare account : default template

Virtual domain : configured with my domain.
