Como zerar o cache do zentyal?

Eu alterei uma regra permitindo acesso a alguns domínios, porém continuo recebendo o erro:

Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect.

Meu caro tente o seguinte:

sudo /etc/init.d/squid stop && sudo rm -rf /var/spool/squid/* && sudo squid -z && sudo /etc/init.d/squid start
