Happy new year altogether!
As I read Ebox will be available with Ubuntu on next release. However, I found no guide for Ebox on Ubuntu with the current release. Is the way of installation the same as for Debian? Or could it be better to take a unstable beta release for Ubuntu? Btw, where to find the beta version? - Is there any SVN-Repository to checkout?

Hi,
We are currently working on the Ubuntu packages, we plan to release a testing version very soon.
I'll let you all know when it's done and I'll post all the information and URLs to install them.

I am very interested in this outcome.
I tried to install ebox on ubuntu since september but wasn't smooth.
I have been installing and configuring services 'by hand' but still desire to have a GUI as the server will be installed on a non-techie site and I would like to allow some config to the smartest of the users.
Thank you for your effort, and please post any advance.

Hi Javi,
Any chance of testing some of these new ubuntu packages? Will they be for Gutsy?
All the best, Dan

I second that! Recommend you get over to the Ubuntu forum and type in ebox in the search. There is currently a group testing for 8.04... is it done yet? :D
