I have zentyal installed with 3 nics two ethernet and a wireless card installed. My first card is connected as external and the other two as internal. Does anyone now how you setup WEP encryption for the wireless card so that it can be used as an access point.

It is difficult to say the least to configure a wireless card in that manner and actually use it in a stable environment. By far the best solution would be to utilize an actual access point connected to the internal network.
Not to say it can't be done.
Also, why WEP encryption, if you don't use WPA/WPA2 then you might as well leave the wireless open by today's standards.

apt-get install hostapd
Then proceed setting up hostapd from command line. Can't be done from Zentyal GUI. Google helps with the configuration of hostapd.
Also, wireless card must be itself hostap-capable, you can't just use random card and expect it to work as access point. Most cards do not. Atheros cards work best, some Ralink cards work as well but are somewhat buggy. Personally using dual-band Atheros AR9462 over Mikrotik RB14EU host-adapter card.
Instead of WEP use WPA+WPA2.
