Hi, not sure where else to post this and I tried instant messaging you J
The upload folder is full so attaching an image is not possible at this time.

Hi, I updated to the latest ebox mentioned today.
It seems to have produced this: (http://forum.ebox-platform.com/index.php?topic=1275.0)
I've downloaded the deb, tried to run dpkg-i (Which failed).
I then used dpkg --force... and it resulted in an error:
I know I"m just over my head..
I use this as a gateway so to post here I have to manually configure and without ebox running (Actually /etc/init.d/ebox stop) so I dont see Stopping dansguardian.... over and over and over... which is kinda odd. How are you to work on a server with a note saying something is stopping getting in the way of the administration of the thing (The server).

Installation and Upgrades / Document clearly defining a basic network example.
« on: May 04, 2009, 09:55:31 am »
After wasting an entire weekend attempting to do this:
Modem (Cable Modem)
Router (Linksys)
Ebox (Dual NIC)
Switch
Clients
... to work and failing there has to be some document showing exact settings. It's not like it's a unique situation. I've went through the wiki, the user guide, and as stated, spent two days and got nowhere. Diagnostics showed server saw the internet when dhcp client simply couldnt.
I give, show me a manual or something or I'm going to have to move on. Two days, got nowhere.
