Any news around this topic? Will there be made available a 32-bit version of libsamba-perl? Otherwise we are stuck on 4.1!

2
My box is a virtual one on a VMware 32-bit installation. So I cannot have 64-bit guests ;-)

3
Although that's a pity, because my Zentyal server runs so good on my old box ;-) Specially because I only use it as DC and file server, it doesn't need a fancy new box ;-)

Ah, that must be the problem: I am running 4.1 on a 32-bit platform. And so to see there is no 32-bit version of this lib available. Seems to be specific for Zentyal, because I cannot find it elsewhere either... Time to switch to 64b apparantly?

I have pressed the button that says to upgrade to 4.2. Doing so it removes the Domain Controller and File Sharing module. When I try to reinstall this module, it says:

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
zentyal-samba : Depends: libsamba-perl (>= 0.12) but 0.11+2~8 is to be installed
Depends: samba (>= 3:4.3.1) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: winbind but it is not going to be installed

Anyone a solution for this?
Kind regards,
Maurice

I have the same problem here. After a fresh install of Zentyal 4.1 and tried to change the password for Zentyal Remote it says that username and password don't match. I also cannot login to Zentyal Remote with the changed password...

7
When I resetted my password for https://remote.zentyal.com/login/ I received an e-mail with a reset link. Then I typed in my new password and the site says it's changed and I can now login. But using this new password to log me in gives me the message 'Your username/email and password didn't match. Please try again.'

What do I do wrong?
