Installation and Upgrades / DNS update refused

after installing last security updates , my dns records become unable to update . im changing dns records from zentyal admin ui , i seems to be changed but in client query everyting like old configuration.

i ve catched 2 lines from logs ,

syslog ( ive manually triggered command as root 'nsupdate -l -t 10 /var/lib/zentyal/tmp/bCijBBK3FE')
