How can I use Zentyal 3.3.4 (Dovecot) with Outlook 2013 (german) over IMAP with the default folders?
If I create a new IMAP - Account in Outlook 2013 two folders are created in den maildir from the user.
./Gesendete Elemente
./Gel&APY-schte Elemente (=Gelöschte Elemente)
I create the file /etc/dovecot/conf.d/15-mailboxes.conf with
mailbox "Gesendete Objekte" {

Ich würde das folgend erledigen:
1. die jeweiligen Unterordner mit dem Mailprogramm einrichten
2. danach über Roundcube bei Einstellungen -> Filter -> Filtersätze (roundcube) einen oder mehrere neue Filter generieren.
Hier sollte man beim Eingang einer Mail das Verschieben in einen Ordner, getrennt nach Empfänger-Mailadresse, realisieren können.

Danke erstmal.
So habe ich dann ja auch gemacht. Wollte eigentlich nur wissen, ob dies anders (=jedesmal richtige Schreibweise des Namens) auch geht. Scheint aber so nicht zu funktionieren.
Jedenfalls habe ich noch versucht, dies über verschiedene "Distribution Groups" (wie z.B. gmx.de, hotmail.com etc.) zu lösen, was mir jedoch auch nciht half.

German / [gelöst] Anlegen eines Users - Problem und Frage dazu

Wenn ich mir folgendes Posting --> http://trac.zentyal.org/ticket/7775 anschaue, ist es nicht möglich bzw. gewollt, dass man in Zentyal zwei oder mehr User mit demselben Vor- und Nachnamen in derselben OU anlegt.
Kann mir bitte jemand weiterhelfen, wie ich z.B. bei einem internen Server für einen User mehrere Accounts anlegen soll/kann. Der Grund dafür ist, dass ich beabsichtige von den jeweiligen Usern, welche beispielsweise bei Hotmail, Gmail, Gmx etc. Mailadressen haben, jeweils einen separaten Account anzulegen, um diese Mails dahin zu fetchen. Alle E-Mails in einem Account sind nicht erwünscht und die Möglichkeit den Vornamen zu verbiegen (User_gmx etc.) sind mir bekannt.
Gibt es vielleicht noch eine andere Möglichkeit, oder stehe ich da wo am Schlauch?
Mein Zentyal ist als Standalone ohne Domäne eingerichtet.

I use Zentyal 3.1 as a KVM - Guest in Proxmox to test.
After I start in Dashborad the Module "NTP" (green button) I can see the message "The module was restarted correctly". But the button is still green.

Ein Linux wird grundsätzlich ohne entsprechende lokale DNS-Einträge nicht funktionieren.
127.0.0.1 wird grundsätzlich bei der Installation eingetragen. Die DNS-Server des ISP kann man ja noch per Hand eintragen.
Was stört dich der DNS überhaupt?

Hello!
I use Zentyal 3.0 as a KVM - Client in PROXMOX 2.2 (www.proxmox.com) with 2 GByte RAM.
Because the cpu load was very high, I have zentyal on Friday restarted in the morning.
after two days, the CPU load is increased again.
I've found with htop that the burden of
/ usr / share / zentyal / loggerd
proceeds.
I have installed all updates.
What can I do?

Versuchs mal bitte damit:
in /etc/postfix/ anlegen einer datei "transport" mit folgendem Inhalt
example.net :local (= grundsätzlich wird lokal zugestellt)
user4@example.net smtp:smtp.strato.de (=user4 wird über smtp.strato.de zugestellt)
user5@example.net smtp:smtp.strato.de (=user5 wie vor....)
müsste auch umgekehrt funktionieren, wenn nur wenige User lokal am Rechner, wie z.B
user4@example.net :local
user5@example.net :local
example.net smtp:smtp.strato.de (= alle anderen werden über smtp.strato.de zugestellt)
anschließend ein postmap hash:/etc/postfix/transport zur Erzeugung der Datenbank.
Jetzt noch in der Datei
/usr/share/zentyal/stubs/mail/main.cf.mas folgende Änderungen machen (damit bleibt nach einen Reboot alle Änderungen erhalten)
einfügen die Zeile--> transport_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/transport --> bewirkt die Zustellung durch Postfix
danach ein reboot und probieren.
