Will the Password Synchronization with integrated Microsoft Identity Management for Linux instead Zentyal AD Password Synchronizer?

No... Zentyal AD Password Synchronizer replicate the passwords to the LDAP server from Zentyal... And store a same password in diferent formats to be used for the diferent services from Zentyal...

Works if the Domain security policy and activate the complexity requirements for a password as shown in the figure: Disable or Enable (no difference)

Will See reverse sync (Zentyal to AD)?
