Does it make sense to create user ID if this ID is shared among multiple users ?
I mean that such approach will jeopardize any willingness to implement accounting, tracking, access control...

it is an hotel. The id is for room and multiple machines ( smartphones, tablets, netbooks ) etc is used by room.

I understand you but is not possible give one unique id by machine.

One solution?
