Installation and Upgrades / reinstalling Zentyal without losing user accounts

Good afternoon everyone.
I am being forced into reinstalling Zentyal due to loads of errors, I think the drive is failing.
I have 2 drives in the machine, one was purley for the user files/shares and the other small drive was for Zentyal.
I need to be able to keep all the user data files, shares and profiles safe so that once I have installed the system on the new drive I can just get them all back and running as if nothing had been done.
Can somone please advise what files I need to save and copy back to the new instalation to ensure nothing is lost.

Installation and Upgrades / Dashboard gone, only it works !!! page

Not had the need to log into the server for months, but tried today and some strange things are happening.
The admin account that I set up just for general setup has been disabled, I had to log in as root.
Secondly I can not access the dashboard at all
have tried from the server ans within the network, all I get it the it Works! page.
have tried all the following and yes I am using the https the S is there !!!
https://192.168.1.100
https://192.168.1.100/Dashboard/Index
on both the server and within the network
on the server have tried the above and
https://localhost
and again all I get is It works! This is the default web page for this server.
The web server software is running but no content has been added, yet.
I can see no reason for this to have stopped working, I need to access the dashboard
and yes I AM USING HTTPS

Installation and Upgrades / Firewall seems to have blocked Cloud backups from working

I am not sure, but I think the firewall has blocked my server backup tool from connecting to the internet, This was working fine up until around the 8-10 of January, possibly an update has caused it.
Does anyone use Jungledisk, if so are there any problems I should be looking out for ??

Actually, NO backup tool will connect to the internet, I have tried turning off Firewall in modules, but then I can not access the internet anymore from the server.
Any help would be great

Installation and Upgrades / [SOLVED] Roaming profile DETAIL :ACCESS DENIED on log off

Hi everyone
Have this continious problem with 2 roaming profile accounts on my domain, one is my own one and the other is another user, everytime we log off we get the same issue which is the windows error "windows cannot update your roaming profile " blah blah and at the end it says DETAL:Access is denied.
using latest version of zentyal with all updates, workstations are all XP pro, it doesnt matter which machine we try it on these 2 profiles always say the same on log off, other profiles work OK except for one which has another error.
Have tried the following
Deleted user from Zentyal, have deleted all user files and directories for the 2 accounts from the server home directory, have deleted all files and folders from the XP machines, have removed the user profiles in REGEDIT.
have created the accounts again but still the same.
Also any new accounts I set up do the same, is there anything else I should be doing of checking ??

Installation and Upgrades / [SOLVED [not 100% sure how though]] No read /write on second drive

I am having trouble getting a second drive to share properly.
I have installed, and partitioned it as fat32 it is mounted and can be seen in Zentyal disk usage as /dev/sdb1
The partition properties are
Mounted on. /main. (I called the partition main)
Type. vfat
Options. rw
In file sharing I have created a share called shared with the share path
/dev/sdb1/drivers
Comment. Drivers
Access set to read and write for all in a group and guest access
But when I go to a windows PC and log in as a user, I can see the folder but I can't access the folder
Is there anything else I need to do ??

Installation and Upgrades / compatible groupware or collaboration tools

Is there any FREE Groupware applications that are compatible or easilly installed with Zentyal that can be used by 6 users that is not an absolute pain to install and set up.
All im really after is a group callender and shared address book and possibly a instant message tool.

Installation and Upgrades / Get email from online Imap server and distributing it to internal mail accounts

Hi
Kinda been thrown in at the deep end here with no idea what i'm doing, however, love Zentyal which has made setting up our little server so much easier and dare I say it FUN !!
We have been using our website hosts IMAP facility for our emails, and generally only delete the spam and keep the rest on the server so that all 5 people in the office can access them at all times, this is now upto around 300 meg so we feel it really should be held locally.
We have one domain and 6 email accounts for that domain, what I want to do is have our server download the mails, delete from the online accounts and then the account holders read thier mail on outlook as they are currently doing. one of the accounts also needs to be accsessable to all the other acount holders.
is there any helpfull posts around to assist in this as I have searched but can find nothing.
