Title: limited bandwitch based on the username and password

hello , i am a newbee

i have 40 client on my network without server. Ihave network topology like this Modem==>Mikrotic router===>Cisco switch ===>LAN

I want zental as my proxy for all my client on my network. Can i limited bandwitch  based on the username and password, but I do not have a domain contoller,

example : User a get bw 1 MB
              User B get BW 512 KBPS

Since Zentyal uses squid, it should _theoreticly_ be possible to implement delaypools based on users or usergroups.
