Installation and Upgrades / probleme smtp with outlook express

i do not able with outlook to send email but with the interface this is ok
my configuration :
adresse email : richard@infofortin.com
pop3: 172.16.2.3 (the server is local)
smtp: 172.16.2.3
my server is requise authentification : check mark
smtp : 465
ssl check mark
pop3: 995
ssl check mark
i am able to receive but not to send
order email adress with sme server this is running

i need to modify some files i have error on it
because the files is read only and the owner is root
i do not able to modify
/usr/share/ebox/stubs/mail
and the files is main.cf.mas
do you able to help me, i am newbies
