Title: externel-emails to zentyal

hi there

i just wanna know how can i receive external emails in my zentyal server because i have a domain
     i really need help

step one - read the doc (http://doc.zentyal.org/en/communication.html)  :P
step two - install Zentyal and configure mail service
step three - create accounts with mail address
step four - change (or create) public MX record to point to your external IP address (you will have noticed that having fixed IP address help a lot)

et voila... you're reday to send/receive mails
So much easy  :)

i 'm using a virtual domain in my local but when i try to send an email from external account to zentyal it dosent work

Sorry, I don't understand "doesn't work"
Without any error message or behaviour description, "doesn't work"... doesn't help.
Thus could you please elaborate a bit?

now its okey cuz the pop3 was disabled im sorry
