Yesterday I do update SOGO and SAMBA. After that I got this Error back:
Not Found: PHP mapi extension not found
If you have upgraded zarafa, please restart Apache
Zarafa WebApp can't start because of incompatible configuration.
Please correct above errors, a good start is by checking your '/etc/php5/apache2/php.ini' file.
Or if you wish, you can disable this config check by editing the file '/usr/share/zarafa-webapp/config.php', but this is not recommend.
I already tried every suggestion listed in this thread without any luck.
Autoremove and reinstall zarafa don't help at all.
#sudo apt-get autoremove
#sudo apt-get --reinstall install [zentyal-zarafa and then zarafa-dagent]
#sudo apt-get --reinstall install zarfa-webapp
#sudo service apache2 reload
Any idea on this issue which happen again and again to me?

Autoremove and reinstall zarafa don't help at all.

I had the same issue on a fresh installed system (Version 3.3.2) without any virtualization. As described Samba stops working at 67%. Waiting for hours or days doesn't help at all. In my case all data/shares (except the system itself) are stored on RAID 10, 4 HDs, each 1 TB.
I had a look at samba.log (/var/log/samba/samba.log) and analyzed the last error occurs when samba stopped working.
I find out two things:
1. The files were for some reason old dated e.g. <1990
2. Or the files were migrated from an old filesystem e.g. FAT with the name convention 8.3. In some cases the file was renamed by some old migrations to e.g. "abcdefg~.doc".
On this old file Samba just stops to work. The solution for me was to copy each file to a new one and rename it. Especially files containing "~"-Sign.
Files causing this problem on my system were almost documents so they can easily be renamed. I have no issue any more but it cost me several days to find out :-)

Uff... now everything is setup I just have only one issue. Pleas help because I have try several things without success. My problem zentyal (Version 3.3.2) don't like to use modified stubs at all. They are just ignored. The subs are stored in /etc/zentyal/stubs

This does not apply to my case. I had never installed the web-mail modules. Actualy I don't have any possibility to access my email.

I have the same issue. I just look on the system up and down and I can't find any thing. Just found this HTTP 500 warning in apache access.log

Hello,
yes I had the same issue. For some reason the LDAP-Passowrd was deleted after samba update!
Step:: 1 - Copy password
Use web interface -> Users and Computers -> LDAP Settings. Copy the Password listed under "Read-only password".
Step:: 2 - Save file
sudo cp /var/lib/zentyal-usercorner/conf/ldap_ro.passwd /var/lib/zentyal-usercorner/conf/ldap_ro.passwd.old
Step:: 3 - Copy password
sudo nano var/lib/zentyal-usercorner/conf/ldap_ro.passwd
Delete the password inside ldap_ro.passwd and insert the password from Step 1.
Step:: 4 - Restart
sudo /etc/init.d/zentyal apache restart
sudo /etc/init.d/zentyal usercorner restart
