Title: (need help) delete lots of users quickly

Well, how to import many users in a shot is fully functional, but i need also to clean at least every year the database of the users (i have to choose what i want to delete).
The environment is a school. Every year i need to import 40 - 200 users e delete the users of the past year.
How i can do this quickly and simply?
