Installation and Upgrades / Firewall issue or corrupted database? Zentyal 3.5.2

I've encountered numerous issues since the upgrade from 3.4 to 3.5 and most I've been able to overcome by relying on this forum. However I'm now stumped and don't see anything directly related.
I had tried to open port 8080 in the firewall to add an Endeavour ALM server. There was no documentation I could find on how to do this properly. As a test to see if Endeavour had properly installed, I disabled the firewall and Endeavour worked fine. However, I no longer could reach my Apache web server (running Drupal). Every attempt resulted in
I've tried several attempts to turn off the firewall, re-enable the firewall, tried setting "web server" off and enabling the "http" setting through the firewall. Now, it appears that there is no difference if the firewall is enabled or not, Zentyal is not allowing my me access to the web server or to Endeavour.
Is there anything I can do short of reinstalling Zentyal?
