hello, i have a zentyal 6.1 dev edition. i have a HUGE issue: how can i change some time records, as my spf check reports r records and i have only one. even if i change in /usr/share/zentyal/stubs/dns/db.mas and in /var/lib/bind/ip.file the values for refresh, retry, expiration to more human values when i restart dns server it looks like i didn't change anything, as still the old values in ip.file returns... if i put an other domain, this domain appear in /etc/bind with the new values that i put in db.mas.
so, the question is: how can i change values in /var/lib/bind/ip.file and still remains even after dns service restart?

thanks, but didn't help as i have only one record in my domain on txt tab (web based). it's possible that all these records (all 4) to be in a file on the server? but where? where are stored txt/spf records?

great, nobody?.... it's possible to be from the ttl? because i've observed that ttl was 3 days and i modified it to only 1 day. tonight the 3 days will end. hope it will be solved as i see only one record in the domain txt tab.

hi all,
i have a 6.1 server installed on a cloud machine. tried also some txt for sfp (3 diff strings), but even on web only one appears, on mxtoolbox or other sfp checker shows me "more than one record found" how can i delete 2 of them?

Email and Groupware / outlook 2016 does not update all emails from zentyal 5.0.14 server

hello,
i own a zentyal 5.0.14 server as ad and email. strange behavior, i see there are several emails on the server that don't update on microsoft outlook 2016.
on server i have 43092 emails, on my laptop with outlook 2016 i have 42727 emails and on my tablet also with outlook 2016 i have 42996 emails.
do you know what it can be? or what can i do?

yes!.... strange, as i downgraded to 4.0 because on 4.1 incipient versions didn't works. now it seems on 4.1.9 it works, so i don't upgrade yet...

hello
i was surprised with so many answers!...
well, some conclusions:
1. these issues appear to all users; for some of them outlook on wp stops syncing.
2. if setup accounts as imap everything works.
for me is very clear that it's a sogo/openchange problem...

i want to send emails from an external machine which use an app that sends emails when something goes wrong, but on logs i get always "sasl plain authentication failed". how can i handle this to work?

hello,
i have a zentyal 4 server. i've noticed that i can't download anymore attachments on my windows devices (phones with 8.1 and 10 mail app and laptop with original mail app). every time i receive an error message: 'we couldn't download one or more of the attachments. please try again later'. can anybody help me, pls?
