Nesse caso o que tu queres é criar regras na Firewall que bloqueiem o protocolo de nomes NMB, porta 445/tcp, mas poderás querer acrescentar ainda as portas 135-139/tcp.
Acrescentas essas regras a todo o tráfego da rede A para a rede B e viceversa.

You might use Firewall to forward incoming packets from that PC to the specific address for that ISP. Just a guess.

I don't recall seeing any option in Zentyal to do this.
I believe that the name assignation is done at a lower level by "udev", the Linux Device Manager.
Look in your "/etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules" file.
Mine contains:

The GUI hardly uses any resources. I installed lxde+lxdm+chromium-browser and it is very slick.
Bear in mind that should you lock yourself out of the server (because of some interfaces or firewall issue or some update gone wrong) you will need some way to access the Web GUI. Just my opinion, of course.

It's kind of hard to view the screenshot ... still, it looks like EventDaemon.pm is the culprit.
Wild guess here: have you created some event notification? If you had created an event that is triggered for very small values (say: notify me whenever the CPU is above 0%) it would keep try notifying you constantly, and this would lead to such a high CPU usage.
Try stopping the events daemon with: sudo service ebox events stop

I'm sure you already know the answer: no it's not normal.
Immediate suggestion: from the shell prompt type "sudo service ebox restart"
Next step:try to figure out what might have caused the issue (is it the first time? is there any clue in the logs? did you apply some change prior to this event?)

Has mirado qué directorios se llenan. Has utilizado el comand "du" para localizarlos?
Si se llenan cada 3 días pero todavía funciona, es porque también se vacia cada 3 dias ...
Eres tú quien borra los contenidos o reinicias el sistema y el problema "desaparece"?
Es posible que tengas el módulo de proxy mal configurado?

El paquete ebox-network te permite configurar las interfaces de rede directamente dentro de Zentyal.
Además es requerido por otros paquetes.
Hay que tener en cuenta que si lo instalas, te va a sobrescribir cualquier configuración que hayas hecho manualmente en /etc/network/interfaces.
Si las placas no son reconocidas, entonces tienes un problema de hardware/drivers. Busca soluciones en Google o ubuntuforum.org.
Además es requerido por otros paquetes.

Não me parece que o servidor de nomes seja capaz de fazer isso.
O redireccionamento entre portas para certos domínios pode ser feita com ajuda do servidor Web, criando um domínio virtual que redireccione para a outra porta.
Podes criar um domínio virtual http://tomcat.<oteudomínio> que escuta na porta 80 e que redirecciona os pedidos para http://<oteudomínio>:8080.
O redireccionamento entre portas para certos domínios pode ser feita com ajuda do servidor Web, criando um domínio virtual que redireccione para a outra porta.

A Firewall funciona com endereços IP. Se tens endereços IP em cada segmento facilmente identificáveis, deves conseguir controlar o trâfego entre eles.
Se tens placas virtuais, cada uma com uma família de IPs diferentes, e as máquinas ligadas nesse segmento seguem os mesmos endereços, não deverias ter problemas.
Podes fazer essas atribuições com ajuda do DHCP, configurando os intervalos correctos para cada placa.
