Title: Sogo xml parse error

Hi Guys,

Please can you help in the following issue:
the Sogo is not working and i got the following error in the sogo.log:
xml2wbxmlFromContent: failed: Parsing of XML Document Failed

Please help.

Update:
I tried the webmail ( Sogo ) reinstall half good, half bad, The web interface is working now, but the device side sync steel not.
And the log is contain what i wrote earlier.

After an dist-upgrade I got the same error with activesync.
Web interface is working.

The following packages have been updated:
ubuntu-release-upgrader-core libexpat1 linux-headers-generic linux-firmware base-files python-apt-common linux-generic libsasl2-modules-gssapi-heimdal libarchive13 python3-distupgrade linux-libc-dev linux-image-generic libsasl2-modules-db libcryptsetup12

Downgrading libexpat1 package solved the Problem:

Hi,

The downgrade is broke the web, but solve the sync.
It is help for solving this issue?

Hi guys,
yes, this worked in my case (Unt srv 20.04LTS / Zentyal 7.0.4)

Quote

wget http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/e/expat/libexpat1_2.2.9-1build1_amd64.deb
zs sogo stop
zs mail stop
dpkg -i libexpat1_2.2.9-1build1_amd64.deb
zs mail start
zs sogo start

Clients and also Webmail SOGo works now.

Hi,

The downgrade is working for me too, but now the package manager drop a error message, broken dependencies.

I let to fix the broken packages to the dsklect and now everything is working on my side.

Sorry, after a few running hours the issue is coming back....
