Installation and Upgrades / Zentyal 3.0 and 3.2 user synchronization

I have a problem with Zentyal 3.0 (master) and 3.2 (slave) users synchronization. On the web GUI seems everything OK, but on the slaves's log (zentyal.log) I see the following (the translation of hungarian text in first line is "Missing argument"):

Installation and Upgrades / Re: admin interface stopped
« on: August 08, 2013, 06:23:54 pm »
Hello,
The solution:
on the /etc/zentyal/hooks directory exists the zarafa.postservice file.
On the zarafa.postservice file was inserted the following command:
"sed -i 's/zarafa_always_send_delegates = no/zarafa_always_send_delegates = yes/g' /etc/zentyal/zarafa.conf && sudo /etc/init.d/zentyal zarafa restart"
This was the problem, if I commented out the command, everything OK.

Thank you half-life!
I can ssh on the server, the zarafa is OK, the webserver run.
As i see everything is OK, only the interface stopped and the /etc/init.d/zentyal "any_module" start/stop/restart not functioning. Only the status. If I run sudo /etc/init.d/zentyal webserver restart (or any other modulename) nothing happen. Only with CTRL-C i can return to shell, but nothing.

Installation and Upgrades / Re: [Zarafa WebAccess] Sending with your alias email
« on: June 05, 2012, 10:17:24 pm »Hello ballapd,Hello Marcus,
**Edit**
The first post is now up to date
Assuming that you are using the latest Zentyal (Zentyal 2.2)
You may create the folder using this command line:Code: [Select]mkdir -p /etc/zentyal/stubs/zarafa
Then you'll have to copy the "mas" file to the newly created folder using this command line:Code: [Select]cp /usr/share/zentyal/stubs/zarafa/spooler.cfg.mas /etc/zentyal/stubs/zarafa/spooler.cfg.mas
Best,
Marcus
than you the description and your quick reply.
I'm willing to give the easisest way, if not possible then I'll go to the CLI.
Thank you,

Installation and Upgrades / Re: [Zarafa WebAccess] Sending with your alias email
« on: June 05, 2012, 10:05:31 pm »
Hello Robb,
I can't send as other alias user.
On the Zentyal web interface "Office/User/Create mail aliases" I've set up a mail alias, and on "Zarafa/Settings/Compose mail" set up the "From Email Addresses" the "info@..." but cannot send.
The error is: "You are not allowed to send as user or group info"
The receiving is OK.

Your answer was awesome and many new informations for me (Trackback Linux).
My problem was, that the initial user was deleted from sudo and admin groups. I,ve added with the following command:
"usermod -a -G "my_initial_user" admin
and this resolved my problen (both the sudo and the logon)

Installation and Upgrades / disappearing from sudoers/ cannot logon [SOLVED]
« on: January 21, 2012, 11:04:35 pm »
Hello,
I have a problem: I cannot logon on the web interface. The error messages say: Incorrect password.
I can logon vith ssh, if I want run whatever with sudo, but then the following meaasege appear: "xxx is not in the sudoers file. This incident will be reported."
Any idea? Or i have an intruder?
A possibility: my initial user is not a member of group "admin" or group "sudo". Is this a problem?
If the answer is yes, how I can add the initial user to the "admin" or "sudo" group?
Thank you,
p
