Dear FarquahrWindsor!
My problem is the time  :(
We use an alternative way today (it will be extravagant but effective).
The Clients are only Linux, so we have closed the system per rules. The youth workers work out a plan, with the kids, witch sides they need.
next step is the same as your wrote - white list-  ;D
For "firth aid" blocking, the youth workers can block sides with stopwords (a add-on for firefox that’s call procon)

Hallo!
We used the Zentyal in a "Kids center" in German "Jugendzentrum". But the Kids aren’t stupid. They used different  proxyserver for surfing blocked site. My question: is it possible to block proxyed sites and how i used it?
