Title: e-mail labeled as spam

i have a couple of servers running 3.03.2 that all of a sudden legit e-mail is being marked as spam. this includes e-mail sent from 1 user on the server to another. i haven't made any changes to the configs since the servers were installed over a year ago. any ideas of where i can look or what i can tweak to get rid of this issue?
