eGroupware free/busy calendar problem

Hello all,
Fist of all great job with eGroupware integration!
My problem though is that I try to use the outlook free busy sync as per the instructions at the bottom of the page on the following link http://www.egroupware.org/wiki?wikipage=synchronisation%20outlook and i get a general failure message from outlook and the feature does not work. Does anybody made it work?

Have you tried to ask in the egroupware forums? Maybe they know much more about it than us

But I hope that some of our adavanced ebox-egroupware users can help you
