What can a Zarafa Administrator do?

Hi there,

From users & Groups -> users -> foo I can assing administrator rights for Zarafa to the user foo. What does this mean, how can I "adminster" the Zarafa Server?

The only functionality that I have noticed is that you can open other peoples mail and calendar.

I haven't checked the Zentyal implementation for this, but my gut feeling says: to use zarafa-admin (or can any admin use that tool?)
