Win XP Waiting for TUN/TAP interface to come up...

I run a ebox-0.12 on top of Ubuntu 8.04 x86_64 without any problems, except with OpenVPN.
Everything is done by the book but Windows XP wont connect properly, but same config works without any problems from a Linux desktop! And then afterwards Windows XP connects without any problems!!! But only until the next day.

From OpenVPN log on Windows XP:
