problem subscribing to zentyal cloud (zentyal 2.2.4)

When trying to subscribe to zentyal cloud I get the following error: Could not connect to VPN server "92.243.6.103:1194/udp". Check your network firewall

But when I telnet to 92.243.6.103 1194 it gets connected fine

/edit: I created a rule to accept OUTGOING UDP packets from Zentyal to 92.243.6.103
I wonder why this is necessary...

//edit: how long does it normally take a newly added server to be resolved by DNS (using google dns servers) When I log into zentyal Cloud service, I can connect to the zentyal webgui via IP address, but not via DNS name. Is the zentyal.me domain not indexed in DNS? or do I need to add a certain DNS server to be able to resolve zentyal.me domain?
