Error actualización a v2.2

En la actualización a v2.2 migrando desde una v2.0.23 tengo algunos problemas al obtener ciertos paquetes.

Entrando en archive.zentyal.com veo que en support no hay más que la iso de la v2.0.5.

Puedes enseñarnos el contenido del fichero /etc/apt/sources.list?

Y también la salida de este comando:

cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*.list

En esta máquina en concreto, Jorge Salamero me ayudó con una actualización del SAMBA por unos problemas con los MAC, quizá de ahí venga el problema. Este el el sources.list

Y esta la salida del cat, no existe el directorio sources.list.d:

Bueno, comentando la línea de la modificación del samba empieza a actualizar pero me da errores constantes de conexión a es.archive.ubuntu.com. Confío en que sea un fallo temporal de los repositorios de ubuntu y pueda solventarlo.....

Finalmente se ha conectado pero ha actualizado el sistema, ha borrado ebox aparentemente y el script no hace nada más..... PROBLEMON!!!
