Hello, please tell me is it possible to make , and of course restore snapshot of Virtual Machine created in Zentyal ?

The virsh shell is your friend if you only used the Zentyal web interface to create the vm.  If you have gotten fancy like using lvm for vm disks then you can only do an lvm snapshot.
