Zentyal 2.2 Z-merge problem

I have latest Zentyal with all updates for today, Zarafa 7.0.1-2847, Sugar CRM 6.2.2, Z-merge beta8-494(for UTF8 support). The blank version of Zentyal 2.2 works fine with Z-merge. But after updates - meetings is not syncin. Z-merge configs are defaults, zarafa-server and ldap-openldap config for zarafa is also defaults.

I don't understand your question here, Zentyal module only overwrites server and openldap files from this list you posted, the other files won't be changed if you customized them...
