What exactly do you want to synchronise? Data? LDAP? MAIL?

I don't think you will have AD administration tools on a non DC server?? So my best guess is to install the tool on your DC.

Ok, thanks. I understand.

But i have AD administration tools at my WXP computer and not it's a Windows DC. And I can to make any operation about AD administration with the utilities on any windows server of the domain and not it's a DC.

I only think that is more clear to specify, at the wiki documentation, that it's necesary that the computer was a DC.
