Android Market & its rules
« on: July 18, 2011, 03:48:47 pm »
Good afternoon,

On my job many users have Android smartphones that connect to the internet using transparent proxy configured with Zentyal.
Apparently, there were no problem to connect to internet (can read email, can browse webpages, etc.) but they cannot download any app from Android Market, so they have to download them using 3G data connection with very poor quality signal.

I've read about I have to open 5228 TCP/udp port, but after many tests on my Zentyal I still cannot downoad any app.

Note that all this smartphones can download apps correctly using a home adsl connection.

All kind of help will be welcome ;)
Regards

Christophe

Hola, yo he modificado la configuración del Wifi de WPA2-PSK TKIP+AES a WPA2-PSK TKIP a secas y ahora funciona corretamente.

Hello, I have modified the configuration of WPA2-PSK wireless TKIP+AES to WPA2-PSK TKIP and now runs a dry run around.
