Error : Cannot contact to ws1.cloud.zentyal.com. - Subscription

Hi

I am testing out Zentyal. I am aware I have to get a subscription which I did. I received the email with the password. When I attempt to go to Core-->Subscription and type in my email address and password I get  " Cannot contact to ws1.cloud.zentyal.com. Check your connection to the Internet".

I have verified I have access to the Internet on the server, via firefox, and tried changing the DNS from my router to Google's DNS with no change...is this a known issue?

There was a problem with our DNS provider. Could you check it again now?
