HTTP proxy - filter only

I am sure this has been covered before but I can't find where 

Anyway, how do I setup HTTP proxy so that it only filters traffic but does not cache anything?

Sorry this configuration is not supported. We cache always excepts for the domains in the exceptions lists. Why do you want to do this?

If you want to do this you will need to modify the configuration files templates.
