Error installing traffic shaping module w/ l7 filter

I try to install New Features of ebox new eBox traffic shaping module with l7 filter support for Ubuntu Hardy 8.04

and I get this error

i was also facing same prob..i just want to enable the application based service or application based service group via web interface..but how ever these two services were disbaled. only i can enable port based services..

error as below
