Christophe,

I really apologize because I feel I'm always answering to your questions asking another one like "but why do you want to do this?:-[ nevertheless I can't refrain myself to ask it again here  ::)

Why do you want to clean Squid cache? Is it to ensure you got fresh data from web server? what's about "shift+reload"? Or maybe you have different need... therefore my question  ;)

I feel like Jesuit answering question by asking another further question  ;D  ;D

Does this help?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Bypass_your_cache

Notice that the one having developed web site you are visiting should have paid attention to this, implementing "PRAGMA NO CACHE" where this is required. If you really think proxy cache need to be clean up often, then you should better design proxy with NO cache.
